Scored one of these for $20 at the NH wine outlet a couple years ago. Really nice. A $50 bottle, easily, if you could find it. Note that it's 2004 (!!!)

Next visit, all gone, of course. 18 months later, its back, so I bought two. Opened one a few months ago and ... big disappointment. Kind of attenuated and short. Gave up on it. Glad I only bought two! Opened the last one for a weeknight burger, because I knew it was nothing special and there wasn't much else in the cellar. Back to the fifty dollar bottle! Damn!

I feel for you brother... it happens.
Years ago when I was helping run an amateur wine tasing group, bottle variation really slapped us in the face. On a big-turnout night, we would have five bottles of each wine, so it became obvious.
