I ran across this old brochure of a small Michigan ski area know as Black Mountain (near black lake Michigan) The ski area ran from the mid 50s to mid 70s. At only about 200 vertical feet, it's no surprise it didn't last. I was surprised that it was as big of an operation as it was considering it was remote and small. They even had night skiing. The 60s must have been a big boom for skiing.
