Black Diamond Adjust Poles ?

Have a pair of 2 yr old Black Diamond Adjustable poles and they keep collapsing on me. When I click my bindings off they collapse and have actually had them collapse when poling a traverse. My old ones never collapsed so I am using them now.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks, didn't look under locking lever where there is a set screw - dumb me - sometimes I simple unamaze myself.

I really like mine and the have taken a beating and still look and work well. A screw or two need tightening every once in a while but they are quite sturdy. Here is a pic of them in action. (with the removable powder baskets)
