I skied with some great people today, but forgot my camera memory card in the laptop, so no photos from AM. Got my camera functioning in the PM and I did some fun glade skiing with @MaryG off the Southern Comfort chair, appropriate spot for two skiers from Virginia. She knows the mtn much better than I and got us to some places that were fun in low viz conditions.

Tomorrow is my last of three snowy days here, my first visit ever to Big Sky. Not sure if I'll get a ride on the tram or even get a good glimpse of Lone Peak. But you can't have your powder and eat your scenery too:)

    Lost and (not) Found

Left my gray Pret helmet and white Scott goggles in the Huntley Cheyenne Room this evening. Hotel desk and "iRanch" lost and found allegedly do not have. Any info, please let me know asap. Thanks!

I haven’t taken many pics at all this week. Here’s some:

    @Kevin F ’s ad for Stockli skis:
    58303F77-BA86-4B5F-8AF1-02CA19797EEA.jpeg
Btw, Kevin’s getting lots of great action pics from this gathering! Looking good.

My first night in the New England crew’s house (@Tony S @mdf @Needham @Kevin F )....This is totally normal and what they do every night. @Kevin F sits back in the hot tub while the rest tune his skis:
    2894C279-3825-4F41-BEA7-F894E0A6F198.jpeg
...jk. They’re tuning their own skis!

Roomies guarding the skis while we wait for @mdf to pick us up. So intimidating:)

Then there was the party at the Grump Mansion/ TomTom club (@KingGrump @Near Nyquist @Sandy_NYC @MegKan @android @ToMMy , queen and prince grump, squaw scott, and newest inductee, yi)...Amazing food and company as always, but my only pic is of their bread reserves for the week:
    160047B8-FCD3-42B2-A437-B0B30202F698.jpeg
...ummmm....we took a pack of English muffins to help them out...

@theNitza and @dbostedo in the lone tree area:

    D-boss killing it:
    E9DC9FA9-F054-4BC9-9708-A77E6D20D43D.jpeg 5B60B0E5-704F-4486-AF37-E48EE6EC6A51.jpeg

Another tuning party at our house:
    6B654333-4A47-49B0-B8A1-43D065BB55C9.jpeg 6B1A9A34-8979-4688-8B85-C914FA4EF91D.jpeg 9D24D97F-A0F6-4BC4-BA75-87A5D52A8716.jpeg

... apparently my ski edges are screwed and I need a real professional edge filing/tuning..no worries though. I got demos for tomorrow, which is also my last day:facepalm:.

Thoughts of changing my flight to fri pm or sat am have crossed my mind bc Friday is looking gooooood.

Thanks For the fun times everyone!

I have a late afternoon flight out of Bozeman on Saturday. Was planning to ride the shuttle, but if by chance anybody is heading down to the airport middle of the day on Saturday and has space in their car for me and skis, I would love to take advantage.

Right back at you @UGASkiDawg !
If you weren’t in so deep and moving so fast I would have gotten a better shot of you.

Go get em guys ! The peak has finally emerged and I hear there is a little fresh snow for you ogsmile
Hopefully for those that want, you will get a shot at the tram along with Shedhorn and Dakota.

Unfortunately I’m downtown today on the couch with what I hope is not the flu. Ramen and broth with a side of grapefruit so hoping coach will put me back in the line up soon.
If we don’t see everyone before your departure it’s been a real pleasure having you here and safe travels home or to the next chair, wherever that maybe

    Regards - BS slarver :D

Live report from the tram line. @theNitza and I have been in line so long we don’t want to give up now. It’s both our last day, so now or never.
If it opens I think we’ll be in the second car. 9FD3D5F8-8174-47AA-854F-E1E2F6CA5E92.jpeg 2299FB41-9A35-49B9-9678-535D980C83A8.jpeg

The tram operator has brought out some netting to corral the growing line. That’s encouraging......
And it’s open!!! We’ll prob be on third car. Wish us luck! We will prob stay around Dakota and shedhorn
