Not a full length movie but a short by Guy Richie starring A BMW E39 5 Series oh, and Madonna.

Grand Prix had some pretty good chase scenes in it, and a couple of outrageous wrecks.

As did Le Mans! They actually had cameras on a car racing at Le Mans the preceding year to get the in-race footage. The main wreck of that movie is one of the all time greats, no CGI just a Lola rebodied to look like a 917, with the throttle wide open slamming into the armco and destroying itself down the track.
I think a couple of the drivers in that movie were quite badly injured during filming too.

Dirty Mary Cray Larry (1974) - 1969 Dodge Charger R/T 440 in Citron Yella - although in some scenes it is a 1968. The movie has a load of car chases.

The '68 is nicer looking as I recall. Inset rear window. The '69 is flush?

Vanishing Point's white 1970 Challenger R/T!

Five were used. Four with 440s and one with a 383 slushbox.

I've driven those old 440S a few times. Torque MONSTERS!

The rear window on the 1969 where both. The Daytona Chargers had a flush window, but it seems like they put them on some R/T versions. The regular ones had the flying buttresses with an inset window.

The Seven-Ups (1973)- which includes Roy Schieder as a cop driving a Pontiac Ventura (350 v8) and Bill Hickman (Charger driver in Bullit) as a bad guy driving a 4 door Pontiac Grand Ville (455 V8 4B)
10 minutes of craziness through NYC, across the GW Bridge for fun in NJ and back in NY on the Taconic Parkway

For me nothing will be able to exceed Bullitt. You know the one. Steve McQueen, 1968, Mustang, Charger. The way the tension builds. The throaty roar of Detroit muscle cars. The hills of San Francisco. I don't even much care for car chases. But that one is ingrained in my brain.
Bullitt set the standard by which all movie car chase scenes are judged.
