Went on a tasting last night in a friends place, there was a take over from a Canadian Brewery – Collective Arts. Some really great bear. And some really funky s**t like PinaColada Ale. More interesting than good, if you ask me. This one won inmo, a double IPA colab with a German brewer:

Anybody else see the Yuengling/Hershey’s porter that is set to be released?.....sounds interesting.
Saw it. Would have to travel to try it. Don't like chocolate much in beers. Though there are a few in state that are not bad.

My beer snob friends seem to have a new love in River Roost of White River Junction. I think it's knocked Foley Bros off their top spot.

Yes! One of the best - if not the best - beer I’ve had as of late. This was their Mas Verde that was on tap at the Blackback Pub in Waterbury.

Our favorite dude from Squaw Valley CA, Shane McConkey, now has a beer named after him.
Brewed in Colorado Not California ??
Shane was one of the first to use rockered skis.
He and the the Gaffney bro's came up with the system of GNAR points.
Extra points for skiing naked !
Does he ski naked? Don't know but check the photo. Shane beer.JPG

I’ve stumbled across and taken a real liking to Allagash White lately. Anyone else try this beer?
