The rise of new styles and beers to the top of the fame chart is good news for those of us (i.e., me) that love that old fashioned Heady Topper.

There's always the old standby Weinhenstephaner. Even better on tap with some sausage, kraut and potatoes.

I agree about the hop madness. While I enjoy it sometimes I frequently prefer a plain old quality beer. There's a reason some European beers have been around for centuries.
