The pizza and the beer are very similar. Each have layers with flavors and aromas.

When present in proper proportions its pretty darn good.

Tho dough for the pie and the water for the beer are each the canvas for which a consumable delight is based upon.

Not as good!

Safety Meeting has that bit of apple sweetness and that real crispness that this lacks. This has more going on (8%) but I like cider on the simple side of things.

I love cider sometimes more than beer, but it has to be dry. Citizen's Wit's up is my favorite, with Stowe High and Dry next up. The Stowe cider junipers series is great as well.

Getting more and more into cider myself. I’ll have to try the Wits Up this weekend.

From my own scientific experiments (it was for science), alcohol and marijuana do have a synergetic pain relief effect; and a making you lazy synergetic effect, but I cannot say if that's due to cbd or thc. I suspect the thc.

Reminds me of a pie I had at The Matterhorn in Stowe the other day. In general, the pizza there is not as good as at Piecasso but it's still pretty solid.

The Goat: goat cheese, bacon, red onion, mozzarella, arugula

I would have added the garlic and maybe swap the arugula with some basil. Still pretty good.

Agree. We like OneTree Cider - very tasty and less sweet.

Ciders take a minimum of 1 year, usually longer, to mature properly. I use English cider yeast with the a fore mentioned time and get a dry product that ages well and most people who taste it think its cham pag ne.
