Pour it off and freeze it again, you're only 5-6 steps from whisky

Brew (or buy) a keg of Doppel Bock. Freeze the keg. I froze it for 3 days at 26 farenheit. I then transferred it to another keg leaving all of the floating ice in the first keg thus increasing the alcohol. I then carbonated and have a very nice Ice Bock. A great sipping beer in the winter.

Never had beer stashed in a snowbank freeze. Only once did beer scavengers find one !
