If it's a stranger just give them A SHOVE AWAY FROM YOU AS YOU UNLOAD, WHILE MUMBLING "OOPS, SORRY".

Fixed. No charge.

Is it bad parenting to go ski for a couple hours when your kid is home sick with a 102 temp? Asking for a friend.

Nope, the kid was happy to have you gone for a few hours.

What do you tell a friend that you blew off on a powder day ? asking for another friend

You turn the tables. Overheard at après ski bar: "Dude, WTH, I was looking all over the mountain for you!"

Not that I would know, or anything.....

Only if you and/or your friend provide 14% VLT goggles for anyone within 50 feet of you and/or your friend.

Yes. It shows the person has given up on his health. The proper drink is a Caesar; the celery stick counts as salad.

Caesar... you are speaking Canadianese.
Little known fact... The Canadian national flag was just a white sheet until George Stanley spilled his Caesar on it.

Asking for a friend. Well, actually a relative (older daughter and son in law). and an actual question. Son in law is in the air force and is stationed in easternish Europe. He went skiing for the first time today - even dragged the older daughter back onto the snow after a 13-14 year hiatus. And they had fun! So, if they get the bug and want to buy boots - any recommendations for a boot fitter over there?

Easternish Europe is pretty vague. Where would he want to get boots, Slovenia? We've got a guy there...

They are living in Hungary. But travel is easy in that part of the world. They are spending this weekend in Garmisch.
