I have made the real deal from time to time and always love it. But there is something about the can kind on a pumpkin pie.Definitely something "special" coming from the spray can. Being somewhat food snobbish I love to make our own. I still whip it by hand to impress the kids, but more likely than not fire up the sunbeam mixer or drag out the kitchenaid if we're actually making a cake or something. Freeze that bowl first!

Whipped Cream! cause there is something special about it coming from the spray can.
Really, nothing like skimming the can to get the cream, then whipping it with some sugar.....TG my cousins kept the dairy farm....And no wonder most of the family has cholesterol issues....
And for those allergic to milk products you can get whipped coconut cream in a can.
