It was one heck of a season all across the west and we reaped the benefits as well down here in Arizona. These are some of my favorite photos from this season and although I have posted these in the Four Corners thread I figured a lot of folks that don’t visit that thread might appreciate seeing these in here.

Yes sir, it is indeed. When we get it it's a really fun playground. The ski area isn't the biggest or rowdiest but the touring is fantastic!

So, most of those photos are in the backcountry?

@James

I did 13 of those myself on day one. The next day a friend helped me punch in the rest. It’s right on the road and required a short side step to get back up to the lift. :D

And thank you! The second shot seems to be everyone’s overall favorite. I need to get back in there on another good day with a legit photographer and see about getting that published.

Arizona has one of the most diverse climate ranges of the states. Maybe 2nd to California? Though Arizona has high and low deserts.

Wonderful shots! No need to bring a pro photographer back in. Did you get to Mt. Lemmon in any of your travels?

I believe that you are correct. I think that there is at least 8 major climate zones in this state.

Well if I were to try to get it published a higher res image is probably necessary. I think a day at Mt. Lemmon would be really fun but unfortunately when they have the snow that gets them open we have it too and with this kind of terrain in my back yard I don't think I'll ever get down there for skiing.
