That was always a sick move. New schoolers today pay homage by throwing a screaming seaman in the middle of a 720..
The date on the poster may be in the mid 1970s because the bindings look like a S 555 Equip the gold color toe is reasonably clear in the photo. I don't think that binding was available in the 1960s.Jim Stelling K2 poster 18 x 36. Very late 60s. K2 gloves, K2 sweater but with 255 soft colors and K2 poles, maybe just one fry. Can't quite make out the complete graphics think it says fries. Same colors as the fries in Mack's post https://www.pugski.com/threads/all-things-k2.1794/page-16#post-288380 . @Mack what does it actually say on the poles. Does not look like side of fries, more like salti fries

I am looking for a pair of orange 555'sI saw a set of those gold 555s on a pair of Blizzard Wizards (Kelly Green) today. Made me smile a little bit.
If I go by there next Saturday I'll try to remember to snap a photo.. Pretty sure they were gold.. If orange I'll try to grab the skis.I am looking for a pair of orange 555's
Wow !! So cool and I am so jealous. Love the unmounted Fives and everything else !’Well it goes like this: I've know Dave Callup for decades, and he has a few skis I really want! Dave was El Presidente' of K2 in the 70's (the best!). Finally, after years, the mood hits and they end up in my care. Just so happens a few are unmounted. It just so happens I have the new versions of the same two skis unmounted. My life is complete (except for the 255's & RWB Two's!). Just then, he pulls out a few pair of K2 waterskis. That's when he had to call 911, he damn near killed me! Too excited! View attachment 85250 View attachment 85251 View attachment 85250 View attachment 85251 View attachment 85252 View attachment 85253
