A friend had their late 70s twin tip called the "Polo". It was a similar graphic but orange/pink and black ( or maybe silver?) on a aluminum topsheet..

I rescued these from someones garage on Sunday. (170cm with Salomon 502s) Being in the South has its advantages (and that is a huge stretch)..mostly that there were a lot of people who bought new equipment during the ski boom, went on maybe 1 or 2 trips, then never went back. this is the second set I've found in the past month that was nearly new. Granted, finding skis is a lot harder here in general, but the likelihood that a vintage set has been cut into a chair or skied to its core is unlikely. That checkerboard!

Found these blizzard poles. While the grips and straps are branded, the shaft just has a decal. The baskets say "Scott" on them, so I am not sure if these were just re-branded for blizzard or at some point a previous owner had replaced the baskets.

Blizzard ski poles with blizzard baskets very similar to the Head ski poles of the era late 60s
