An 8-mile hike to start the new year. Hopefully first ride this weekend.

Two. Nothing special, but our skiing is still decidedly sup-par, my midweek ticket is still "off", and weather was glorious.

Never counted before.

This will be interesting!

Four. Just a little gravelly road ride to keep the sanity.

12 thus far - and it is ski season. We've had a warm winter in the Mid-Atlantic, and on weekdays there's almost always decent riding in and around DC.

Yeah, this is a debadged Moots Routt. Last fall before I got sick I put etap red on with the Enve 4.5AR's and Enve cockpit bringing the weight down to exactly 18#. I got sick at the beginning of September and never got to ride it until today. truly a dream bike rolls super smooth and fast with the 32 Gravelking's. Moots did away with the Routt model for the Routt 45 which is a little different geo in favor of a more dedicated gravel setup. Since our gravel rides are not big chunky loose gravel but hard packed dirt and fine gravel with sections of road, the OG Routt geo is really preferable for me since I have a dedicated Roadie as well.

@Ron - eTap is so good. was an early adopter good for you supporting the local guys! I wanted a threaded BB and at the time they would only do pressfit on the RSLs - been happy with the Mosaic tho

day 2. Trek Emonda SLR 9 with AXS. First ride on AXS (the red Etap went on the moots). I need more time on the AXS to understand the gearing but the added gear and tighter spacing is an improvement and makes the small ring more usable. I have a mix of Force and Red to save some money so Im not sure if its the Force shifters or just AXS but to shift, it takes a more positive touch. Not bad, just different. The Red Etap shifts with just the slightest touch. BTW- I'm running Vittoria Corsa TLR 28 tires. These things are remarkably smooth and plush at 70 PSI. wow!
