I won't be attending because a bunch of people from my extended family are doing a big family ski trip! I'll be stationed in Park City starting on Sunday, so I won't be far from everyone. I'm hoping to ski at least a couple of days outside of Park City/Deer Valley, so I'll keep an eye out for Pugski stickers.

I wish that were my reason for not attending - I had to cancel because my mother broke her hip. Thankfully she is otherwise healthy and coming along well with an intramedullary rod re-aligning the femur and supporting her weight while the bone knits itself together. I'm the only one in town who can visit every day, keep on top of things at the rehab facility, bring home-cooked meals (every second or third day), take her to the surgeon for a two-week post-op apointment on Monday, etc., etc. Always something, and TG it wasn't worse!

Andrew wanted to stay at Taos for the season because he grew closed to the local community. I was out voted.

Looks like we'll do spring skiing in Squaw and Mammoth with the Ikon pass come April.

Dammit! Was looking forward to meeting the Grump!! Kevin and I are in Coalville. Got in at 10:30 pm. We're just getting up. Going to head down into Park City for a bit.
