South Chutes is stupid deep, dense, and wind loaded. Each run is untracked and there are big wind rollers everywhere. Nobody is skiing it.

The best part is that the biggest slide paths off 9 have already run on the super early season layers. So those should be a bit more stable now.

I'm afraid you don't know what stupid deep means, because it's not what you posted.

Oh sure. That pic was above the drop in.

But...it was dense and surface surfy. But you could pit thigh deep. I made the mistake of clipping out to help look for a ski and then finding a spot to clip back in.

I was just saying that for Luv skiers who know what it means when there’s 2” on the stake but it blew in over the Ridge. The multiplier to the 2” on the stake was 10x.

But hey, it sucked :ogcool:.
