Nice! We're driving up tonight/tomorrow, ski the weekend and come home. We'll be back for a week on the 17th.

This is going to be my first time skiing in so much snow! Powder!!

Congrats! They wont have a whole lot open on Sat with all the snow/wind so I would recommend heading to Eagle and check out a run called Manzanita. A great pitch for learning to ski in powder. Bring the wiiiiide skis!!!

I'll bring my wide skis, which happen to be my narrow, and my park, and my groomer-zoomer, and my.... Its easy to choose which ski to bring when you only have one

Probably won’t be able to see the top tomorrow but by 11:00 am Sunday we should be able to get a look at the top,,,,,,,,along with a few of our closest friends!!!!!

I predict that the top will open at 9 am on Sunday, and it will be tracked out by 9:15. But that first run should be glorious!

Wow you are badass! pulling the red eye express! you must've left at midnight and you are skiing today and tomorrow and back tomorrow night. I did that once last year and it took me a week to recover! Nice work

Yes, I imagine out of fear of more slides, and also so that no one gets in the way of first responders.

This is the down side of everyone's excitement at the new snow.
