I really like these skis. Unfortunately they transmit the usual amount of chatter to my bad knee, so I bought Stöckli Laser AX with better damping. The Rallys are the most versatile skis I've had (until the AX). Fun on hard pack, soft pack, crud, bumps, shallow powder. We like the bindings set 2 notches (8 mm) forward of the designated spot for the boot sole length--better tip bite. You can try anything you like with less than a minute to change the binding position.
I'll be home next week, then away at Vail for a week.
