We showed up at 7:30 am today and were in the second row, not sure when it filled.

Thanks, I’ve been wondering as well. Although, we’ll have mom’s handicap placard (which she rightfully needs, damn rheumatoid arthritis) so we should be okay even if it fills.

We got there about 830 and the lot was about 80% full. I would guess no more than 10 more minutes till full.

Yesterday was swimwear day and there was a lot of debauchery, not by our group, and a lot of things you can't unsee.

OMG - I went to the A-Basin website to look at the conditions you guys are skiing. There is a large shot of I hope, a guy in a bathing suit. Yes, I don't need to see that again!!

Another fun Mother’s Day at Abasin is in the books. This one was extra special for me as my own mama joined the fun for the first time even though she can no longer ski. Thanks to all for making her feel welcome! Sadly, I likely won’t make the next 3-4 years (school finals will fall those weeks) so that upped the sentimentality of today. This is a special event with special people.

Today was Mother's Day, so @James and @Doug Briggs had to phone Mom. But they did not have cell service. So they set off on a quest to find bars.

Last day of a great trip.

Started the day making croissants. Here they are after egg wash ready to bake. Pizza dough in the bowl ready to be divided and used tonight.


@Doug Briggs In full retro. Those poles have no tips and the basket is an aluminum disk. They're completely pointless.
