Hi all. First post in pugski.
This is basic skiing. Slowly and surely. Nothing fancy.
Looks like from 0:42 to 0:56 i see 2 different issues on right and left turns.
On left turn inside leg too close to outside leg and inside ski diverges. Not sure why but its not because i press on inside...
create the edge angle by tipping the lower leg
inside ski gets a bit too far forward
quicker edge change at transition
reducing tip lead
ski divergence
skimovementanalysis
tipping the lower leg to create the edge angle
too far forward on the skis
Hi Pugskiers!
Here's a video with a couple of turns - what can you see?
Cheers!
(ps - please don't comment that I'm 15 pounds fatter than my last video - I know that already)
flexion and extension
hand/upperbody discipline
managing forces on the ski
outside leg extension is forced
skimovementanalysis
try to feel the legs uncoiling
turn initiation
