With summer now in full swing, we are finding ourselves in need to drive a bit less for an adventure. Seems hard to do in NYC, though it can be done. We often visit Governors Island from Spring through Fall. Its like you have escaped for a bit from the craziness that is New York City.

Hi everyone! So I need new skis/bindings mounted. I was deciding between REI in Soho and Panda Sports in Brooklyn. Wondering if anyone has any experience with their work? Or would the shops at Windham or Hunter Mountains in the Catskills be better? I'm up there about once a week on the weekends...
