mounting ski bindings

I have been on this forum long enough that I feel like I should know the answer to this but I need to ask, is it better/possible to use existing holes or use a different binding/mount point on used skis? Is the question more nuanced than a simple yes/no question?

When the binding is set for the correct sole length the center mark on the boot is 25mm forward of the mark on the ski. Even moving the binding all the way to the rear of its travel the centerline is forward by about 5mm. Looks like the binding is mounted too far forward. Skis are Kastle FX85...

How necessary is binding glue when mounting a binding into used holes on a second hand ski? I screwed them in, they are nice and tight, should I be worried about not having any fresh glue in there? I could order some and screw the bindings in again if necessary.

I'm taking two pairs of skis to a local shop recommended by a few people to have bindings mounted. I'm going to have them mount them on center or whatever that's called. Question is do I just trust them to use the right epoxy or glue, or is there anything I need to specify?

I hope this fits the "no stupid questions" catagory but... Is the boot center mark on Head Monsters the very faint line with a triangle uner and 4.1 drill size mark on the sidewall?
