    Artificial Outdoor Ski Surfaces

    Does anyone have first hand experience with skiing on / installing / maintaining them? I'm on our county's parks & rec board. Doing a little information gathering. Hit me up. Thanks in advance.

    Who needs a mountain anyway? Ski stars with humble beginnings...

    I was fortunate enough to meet Billy Kidd a couple weeks ago at the Colorado Snowsports Museum in Vail. We were discussing who needs a mountain to start a ski career? Apparently not these athletes (although by Midwest standards Lutsen is a mountain!). Who am I overlooking??? I'm sure there are...

    Buck Hill, Minnesota - SKI YEAR ROUND!

    I know some of you aren't into artificial slope skiing, but I am pretty excited about this. The skiing surface looks pretty good and no water is needed. I will need to head up there this fall once we are done with the summer heat. http://www.buckhill.com/artificial-snow/
